    Creating a strong “pipeline” to the principalship requires identification of good candidates and immersing those candidates in exemplar environments while participating in strong training programs. Key training focuses on improving instruction and driving change while empowering all members of the school community to be part of the vision. The importance of strong teaching experience cannot be underestimated.
